First, purchase the course, then once enrolled, you can open your student dashboard and begin at the first lesson "Hello there! Welcome." The course was very carefully crafted to take the student on a journey; therefore, completing each lesson in consecutive order is recommended. Take your time practicing each modality and exercise; knowledge is great to have, but without practice, it is irrelevant. Really allow yourself to dive deep into each lesson. Feel free to take anywhere between 3 days to a week (or longer) in between the module lessons to practice the exercises. After completion of the final lesson, you will receive a notification that you have completed 100% of the course. Feel free to share this achievement with your community.
This course is a combination of several evidence-based holistic modalities that have been studied and practiced individually by the instructor, Kris Lingham, over many years. These modalities are the reasons why Kris was able to pursue her passions, manifest a particular lifestyle, and even more recently, complete a yearlong self-imposed sabbatical, which allowed her the necessary rest and restoration period she needed to complete The Road to Home course. In combination with her knowledge and experience, Kris wanted to make the same information that she has spent years and thousands of dollars to learn feel more accessible and approachable to her community, specifically for people living in urban environments and low-income communities. These natural holistic tools are often overlooked and incorrectly labeled as ineffective or inaccessible to certain communities.
