  • How do I complete this course?

    First, purchase the course, then once enrolled, you can open your student dashboard and begin at the first lesson "Hello there! Welcome." The course was very carefully crafted to take the student on a journey; therefore, completing each lesson in consecutive order is recommended. Take your time practicing each modality and exercise; knowledge is great to have, but without practice, it is irrelevant. Really allow yourself to dive deep into each lesson. Feel free to take anywhere between 3 days to a week (or longer) in between the module lessons to practice the exercises. After completion of the final lesson, you will receive a notification that you have completed 100% of the course. Feel free to share this achievement with your community.

    This course is a combination of several evidence-based holistic modalities that have been studied and practiced individually by the instructor, Kris Lingham, over many years. These modalities are the reasons why Kris was able to pursue her passions, manifest a particular lifestyle, and even more recently, complete a yearlong self-imposed sabbatical, which allowed her the necessary rest and restoration period she needed to complete The Road to Home course. Her work focuses on fostering self-acceptance and self-awareness for the individual, while encouraging love, compassion, and acceptance for all others. Kris teaches fundamentals on how to develop effective meditation and mindfulness practices that enhance focus and concentration, improve emotional health, and provide support during moments of stress and anxiety.
